Rebecca White is our onsite caterer for Horspool Retreat, she offers bespoke catering packages during your stay. Rebecca's experience in catering and passion for cuisine, will add another level to your stay with us. You are able to choose from the set menu detailed, or alternatively view Rebecca's website rebeccawhitecooks.com for further ideas & inspiration.

£22 per person minimum of 2 to 7 people.

A Waiter Service is applied of £30.00 per hour, for orders below 8 only. This includes two waiters. Alternatively, we can deliver your order and you may re-heat and serve yourself.

 

£18 per person minimum of 8 people.

There is no additional Waiter Service applied, for orders of 8 & above.

Vegetarian options available.

Menu

Starter

  • Beetroot and Hendricks cured salmon with salted capers, red onion salad, sourdough crackers and mascarpone
  • Parma ham with dolce latte, sun blushed tomatoes, olives, fig chutney, ciabatta
  • Carpaccio of beef with wild mushrooms, rocket, chunks of Parmesan, sourdough crackers

 

Dessert

  • Raspberry and Amaretti tiramisu
  • Seasonal fruit crumble with custard
  • Apple and Almond tart
  • Dark chocolate brownie
  • Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce

 

Main Course

  • Chicken, mushroom and leek stroganoff
  • Fragrant lamb casserole with apricots, cinnamon and coriander
  • Braised shin of beef with tomato, olives and rosemary
  • Moroccan style chicken with pickled lemons, Rosemary and sweet potato
  • Beef, red wine and Stilton casserole
  • Slow roasted belly pork with fennel, shallots, cider and thyme

 

Side Dishes

  • Buttery mashed potato
  • Roasties - crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle
  • Dauphinoise potatoes
  • Braised red cabbage with cinnamon
  • Beetroot and butternut squash mash
  • Sautéed greens with leeks, finished with parsley butter
  • Roasted ratatouille with basil
  • Mixed rice with spring onion
